Module 2:
Here you’ll learn about your body’s natural energy and sleep curves, how to get your body to make more energy, and how to allocate your own energy to recover from burnout.
Module 3:
In this module you’ll learn the difference between falling asleep and staying asleep, the stages of sleep, what dreaming actually tells you about your sleep quality and how burnout directly affects your sleep patterns.
Module 4:
This module you’ll learn how your body responds to stress and how that changes during burnout. You’ll also learn our Cornerstone tools and techniques for managing stress during burnout.
Here you’ll learn about adrenaline and why it affects your whole body during burnout. You’ll also learn how to drop your adrenaline down without crashing – and this is a skill you’ll be thankful you have.
Module 6
This module is where we breakdown how your hormones influence your burnout cascades. You’ll learn how the male and female hormonal patterns impact burnout. You'll also learn more about how to support the women in your life.
Module 7
BURNOUT AND YOUR BRAIN
Burnout affects your brain in a way you might not realize, and the further into burnout you get the stronger your brain gets hit. In this module we explain burnout’s relationship with this important organ and give you strategies for optimizing your focus.
Module 8
EATING FOR BURNOUT
Should you eat differently when you’re experiencing burnout?
Yes.
This module dives into the how’s and why’s of the ideal burnout support when it comes to food.
Just like your nutritional needs change when you’re burnt out, so does how you exercise during recovery. In addition, this episode also covers burnout-related weight gain – a necessary conversation to understand the why behind this symptom.
Module 10
SETTING AND MAINTAINING BOUNDARIES
Boundaries are key to happiness and when you’re burnt out it becomes very difficult to maintain and establish these. In this module we break it down to bite-sized pieces so you can start to support your energy in a simple manner.
