Should you eat differently when you’re experiencing burnout?

EXERCISE AND BURNOUT

 

Just like your nutritional needs change when you’re burnt out, so does how you exercise during recovery. In addition, this episode also covers burnout-related weight gain – a necessary conversation to understand the why behind this symptom.

SETTING AND MAINTAINING BOUNDARIES

 

Boundaries are key to happiness and when you’re burnt out it becomes very difficult to maintain and establish these. In this module we break it down to bite-sized pieces so you can start to support your energy in a simple manner.
